Position: Customer and Artisan Relations
Description: Hiptipico is looking for a dedicated professional to be the direct link between our operations on the ground and our customers around the globe. This person’s focus is to maintain and improve current relationships with Hiptipico customers and artisan partners. A large part of this position is supervising web orders, email correspondence, customer services, travel design and social media support. Other duties include basic administrative database management, financial organization and strategy development. This personal has the larger goal of improving in-country procedures and overall operations to anticipate Hiptipico’s future.
Duration: Minimum of 1 Year ( March 2018 - February 2019 )
Other than being extremely passionate, applicant should also meet these qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
