Instameet Atitlán

WWIM14GTO Theme: Food

Written by: Our photo guru Ligia
In a nutshell, an Instameet is where people gather in a pre-determined place, at a set time, to take photos then upload them to Instagram. That's it really. Plus, you get to meet your favorite instagrammers that you've been insta-stalking forever and they are all super nice!
Guatemala's top instagrammers participated in the World Wide Instameet 14 right here in Panajachel.
The community of instagramers in Guatemala gathered at Hotel Atitlán in Panajachel on a very warm Saturday morning. They came from cities all around Guatemala, such as Xela, Huehuetenango, Chimaltenango and San Marcos to share their passion for creative photography plus to enjoy some laughs, a nice meal and an overall great time.
We love to support the local talent in as many ways as possible, so we provided a few of our products that related to the sessions theme of food! What better than some embroidered table runners and handmade picnic blankets to help this community of photographers snap some super cool pics.
Take a look!
