Through Hiptipico's Collars for a Cause program, local street dogs and cats are provided with much-needed healthcare and sterilization clinics.
Ten percent of every collar and leash purchased from Hiptipico goes directly towards a local organization's commitment to the health and well being of the stray dogs and cats around Lake Atitlan.
Up to now, Hiptipico has rescued 2 puppies and 1 cat off the streets of Panajachel and donated to local sterilization clinics regularly. Our office space is open for temporary fosters and animals recovering from surgery and Hiptipico staff volunteers once a month at the local animal clinics.
